Webinar #2 Approaching! Register Now for "Working Through Uncomfortable/Offensive Situations"

To kick off the new Women Leading in Ohio Agribusiness program, OABA is hosting a three session webinar series this fall. The next webinar, "Working Through Uncomfortable/Offensive Situations," will be held on October 13. Register now to save your seat! The final webinar will be held November 10.

The new program offers professional development, networking opportunities and more to OABA’s female leaders. Women new or seasoned in the industry are invited and encouraged to participate and share with one another. The fall webinar sessions are $75 each or $150 for the series. Participants will receive links to the webinar recordings to view after the event.

Webinar 2 – October 13:

Working Through Uncomfortable/Offensive Situations, led by Jessica Branner Hittle

When do you say something? When you do, should it be a response to your coworker or something more formal to your company? Attorney Jessica Branner Hittle sheds light on how to handle workplace scenarios that range from uncomfortable to unacceptable.


Webinar 3 – November 10:

When “He” Doesn’t Want to Work with a Woman, a panel discussion

In any industry, there will always be “those people” who don’t play well with others. In this panel discussion, hear from women in the trenches who share real-world tactics on navigating a professional relationship with someone who might not want to work with you.
