Women Leading in Ohio Agribusiness Webinar Series

The new Women Leading in Ohio Agribusiness program will offer professional development, networking opportunities and more to OABA’s female leaders. Women new or seasoned in the industry are invited and encouraged to participate and share with one another. To kick off the program, OABA is hosting a three session webinar series this fall:

• Developing a Mindset of Career Confidence - September 15
• Working Through Uncomfortable/Offensive Situations - October 13
• When “He” Doesn’t Want to Work with a Woman - November 10

Summary 

Am I good enough? Am I qualified? Can I really do this? As a woman in agribusiness, there’s a good chance you’ve asked yourself one or more of those questions at some point. In this webinar, Marlene Eick shares the keys to establishing a mindset of confidence that will serve you in your career and life.

About the Speaker - Marlene Eick Marlene Eick is passionate about helping emerging and experienced leaders grow through workshops and one-on-one coaching. She has provided training for individuals from Alaska to Florida. An active member of the agriculture community, she serves as a volunteer leader with her county Farm Bureau and the Ohio FFA Foundation’s board of trustees.
