Golf for Scholarships
Golf for Scholarships outings are the primary fund-raising activities for the Ohio AgriBusiness Association Educational Trust scholarship program, through which more than $45,000 in scholarship dollars is provided to students enrolled in an agriculture-related field attending The Ohio State University and OSU Agricultural Technical Institute, Clark State Community College, Central State University and Wilmington College.
Each summer the Golf for Scholarships committee plans two golf events: the first event is held in mid-June in northeast Ohio and the second event is held in mid-August in western Ohio. The event is an 18-hole, scramble-style outing, with teams of 4 golfers. Registration is available for individuals and teams. Teams and individuals can win prizes through contest holes and the putting contest. Raffle tickets for prizes and a 50/50 drawing are also available during the event.

Raffle
Enhance your support by participating in event raffles! Raffle Items – tickets $5 each or five for $20. Winners need not be present to win.
50/50 Raffle held on site during event – must be present to win. Tickets are 1 for $1 or 6 for $5.

The golf events provide OABA’s membership the opportunity to be recognized as a sponsor, while also raising money for aspiring professionals as they obtain a college education in an agriculture-related field. Event Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be received no later than 14 days prior to the event to be eligible for a full refund. No refunds will be issued after that date. No shows will be invoiced.
