On The Horizon: 2025 OABA Industry Conference Set to Tackle Future Challenges and Innovations
The Ohio AgriBusiness Association will provide education and networking opportunities for agribusiness professionals at its annual Industry Conference January 28-30, 2025, at the Renaissance Columbus Westerville-Polaris Hotel.

The OABA Industry Conference will officially kick off with the Welcome Reception the evening of Tuesday, January 28, which is preceded by the featured Safety & Risk Management Day. The Industry Conference will continue with educational and informative content January 29 and 30 and includes the OABA Annual Meeting Luncheon and evening Industry Reception on January 29.
Session topics include global and Midwestern crop outlooks, H2A labor considerations, the effects of weather and non-point source pollution on crops, legacy phosphorus, the evolving customer landscape, renewable energy trends, grain warehousing regulations, storage space demand, strategies for fostering a behavior-based safety culture, achieving broader insurance coverage with lower premiums, and more.
Continuing education units (CEUs) will be available for both Certified Crop Advisers and state licensed pesticide applicators (OH, IN and PA) that attend the conference. A general agenda is available at www.oaba.net/events_conference.
All-inclusive registration for the event covers admission to the two main days of educational programming (Jan. 29-30), the Safety & Risk Management Day (Jan. 28) and all meals and receptions. Registration fees are as follows:
Member: $400 ($475 after Jan. 15, 2025)
Non-Member: $550 ($625 after Jan. 15, 2025)
