March 16 - Mission Possible: Positive Leadership (online)

March 23 - Leading from Wherever You Are (online)
You may be seen as a leader in your team, even if you don’t have leader in your job title. In addition to influence, leaders need to build positive relationships with others at all levels of the organization. Leading your boss is being aware of what is important to her/him, and helping to achieve the goals of your team. It’s easy when you have a strong relationship with your boss and much harder when you don’t. You gain the respect of those you supervise when you coach and guide them to being their best. March 15 - Rosemarie Rosetti, Ph.D.
Rosemarie Rossetti, Ph.D., has been a powerful, internationally recognized speaker, author, consultant, CEO, and Founder of Rossetti Enterprises LLC since January 1997. She acquired a spinal cord injury on June 13, 1998. While riding her bicycle, she was crushed by a 7,000-pound tree. As a person who uses a wheelchair, she knows firsthand the benefits of accessible and universal design. Rossetti and her husband, Mark Leder, led the design team, were the general contractors/builders, and since May 2012, have lived in the Universal Design Living Laboratory, the national demonstration home, and garden in Columbus, Ohio. March 33 - Kathy Lehman, Ph.D.
After having served two years as the Associate Director for the Kirwan Institute for the Study of Race and Ethnicity, Dr. Kathy Lechman has returned to the College of Food, Agricultural, and Environmental Sciences as Assistant Dean and Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Dr. Lechman earned her Ph.D. in 2015 from the College of Education and Human Ecology where her dissertation focused on examining the influence of student perception of instructor cultural intelligence, sense of belonging and intent to persist. March 20 - Cathann Kress, Ph.D.
For our last Wednesday of Wonder Woman Wednesday, we are joined by Dr. Cathann Kress. Dr. Cathann A. Kress has served as Vice President for Agricultural Administration and Dean of the College of Food, Agricultural, and Environmental Sciences (CFAES) at The Ohio State University since May 2017, and was reappointed for a second term in June 2022.
