Company history: Association Benefit Planners was created to help associations offer employee benefits to their small business members throughout the state of Ohio.

How has your company changed over the years? ABP’s beginnings were originally through the OSMA Insurance Agency who began as a health insurance agency provider to Ohio State Medical Association and has grown to a full-service employee benefits firm offering businesses employee benefits, and human resources.

How do you see your company growing in the future? Continually reviewing and examining the ever-changing landscape of the small business market place for insurance and providing programs that help small employers provide quality insurance programs at affordable prices. We consider small business to be employers with 100 or less employees.

Interesting tidbits about your business: Our Agency specializes in State and National Associations.

How has OABA helped your business or the agribusiness industry? OABA has given ABP access to OABA members for providing employee benefits and human resources. With this access, we can assist in providing OABA members with health care at affordable rates.
