Senior Agronomy Account Manager

CHS Aligned Solutions is working with a member cooperative in western Ohio to bring an Agronomy Sales Account Manager onboard.

Position purpose:

Develop and foster a culture of Teamwork amongst all sales divisions and responsible for the execution of the Cross Sell Process. Prior knowledge in grain, feed and energy is helpful.
Work with management, sales and operation teams to provide market/customer knowledge that contributes to the effective execution of yearly sales and pipeline establishment.
Partner with additional senior-level field sales personnel to foster relationships with key accounts, current customer and prospects, within the trade area.

Location: Located near Wapakoneta, Ohio and in the heart of rich, agricultural ground with excellent customers and a company to support educating customers and providing services for all their agricultural needs.

Basic Qualifications:

To do this role successfully, we require at least 5 years agronomy sales experience
CCA Certification is required but there is flexibility to complete testing early in employment
Exceptional communication and follow-up skills with proven computer proficiency
A valid driver’s license with clean driving record and ability to pass drug and pre-employment background screening
