Central Ohio Farmers Co-op, Inc. has a Facility Manager opportunity located in Waldo, Ohio, reporting directly to the CEO. The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in both agronomy and grain facility operations.

Position Objective

Direct, promote, and coordinate operations in a manner that will optimize the cooperative’s market share and savings
Improve the cooperative’s efficiency
Help achieve the cooperative’s mission and goals
Result in outstanding customer service

Position Responsibilities

Responsible for driving improved performance, customer relationships, plant asset utilization, and positive employee relations.
The ability to lead and coach employees while promoting a safe working environment is required.
Developing and increasing the customer base and relations will be imperative to the success of this candidate.

Position Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture/Agronomy or related field
Minimum of 7 years agronomy and grain experience
Minimum of 7 years management experience
