EPA to Hold WOTUS Listening Sessions

The Environmental Protection Agency and the U.S. Department of the Army will hold ten teleconferences to consider input for revising the definition of the Waters of the United States (WOTUS) rule. Nine of the teleconferences will be tailored to a specific sector and one will be open to the public. Registration for each webinar will close a week prior.

• September 19: small entities (small businesses, organizations and government jurisdictions)
• September 26: environment and public advocacy
• October 3: conservation, e.g., hunters and anglers
• October 10: construction and transportation
• October 17: agriculture
• October 31: mining
• November 7: scientific organizations and academia
• November 14: storm water, wastewater management and drinking water agencies
• November 21: open to the public
