Ohio Election Update - November 4

Many of us stayed up last night to watch coverage of the presidential race, and continue to monitor developments today. While the presidential race carries national importance, just as important to Ohio's agribusinesses are the state races that have already been decided.

I encourage you to review the Ohio election results from our partner Hannah News Service, Inc., available below, and note the outcome of your district's races. As these legislators takes office, it will be important to develop relationships and familiarize them with your business. Preliminary overnight results from Ohio's election leave one General Assembly race too close to call -- the 16th Senate District contest, where Sen. Stephanie Kunze (R-Hilliard) leads Democratic challenger Crystal Lett by just a few dozen votes, with provisional and late-arriving absentee votes still to be counted. A list of winners in Ohio's General Assembly, congressional, Supreme Court and State Board of Education races is available below:
