Agriculture Industry Recognition Dinner Honoring Dr. Bobby Moser and Pat Moser

Members are Encouraged to Join OABA on August 24 to Honor Dr. Moser’s Retirement

Please join us for this formal dinner focused on statewide agriculture and agricultural-related industries to honor Dr. Bobby Moser and Pat Moser, as Dr. Moser concludes his tenure as Dean of The Ohio State University’s College of Food, Agricultural, and Environmental Sciences (CFAES). As a permanent legacy at the college, the Moser Scholarship Program is being created and this event will serve as the fundraising kickoff, with 100 percent of the proceeds launching the scholars program.

The dinner will be held at the Conference Center at NorthPointe in Lewis Center on August 24, with a 5:30 p.m. welcome reception and 6:30 p.m. dinner and recognition program.

The Ohio AgriBusiness Association (OABA) encourages our member companies to participate in this event. This is an excellent way to celebrate and honor Dr. Moser’s contributions to our industry. If your company would like to join other OABA member companies, we are able to pool contributions towards a table sponsorship ($3,000) for the event. Each of ten seats at the table is $300 (of which $275 is considered a charitable contribution for tax purposes). If you are interested in joining OABA at the table, please reach out to Sandy Diosy (614-326-7520 ext. 1; sdiosy@oaba.net) by August 6.

If your company is interested in a full donor package, they are as follows – click here   for specific information:

For more than 20 years, Dr. Moser has been an outstanding leader as vice president and dean of Ohio State’s CFAES, Extension, the Ohio Agricultural Research and Development Center and the Ohio Agricultural Technical Institute. Throughout this time, his wife, Pat, has been equally dedicated to the university and the state, leaving her own mark alongside Dr. Moser in the lives of students and Ohioans. Together, they have touched and shaped lives with their hallmark humility and caring style.
