OABA Signs Letter in Support of H.R. 935, the Reducing Regulatory Burdens Act of 2013

The Ohio AgriBusiness Association joined 89 other state and national agricultural organizations in signing this letter that was sent to House members to show support of H.R. 935, the Reducing Regulatory Burdens Act of 2013.

This new legislation was introduced by Representatives Bob Gibbs (R-OH), Austin Scott (R-GA), Kurt Schrader (D-OR) and Mike McIntyre (D-NC). It is a re-introduction of H.R. 872 which clarifies that Clean Water Act permits are not required for the lawful application of Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act approved pesticides.
