Attend the 2020 NGFA Regulatory Compliance Seminar

Hosted by the Agribusiness Council of Indiana

The National Grain and Feed Association and the Agribusiness Council of Indiana are partnering to host the 2020 NGFA Regulatory Compliance Seminar on February 21 in Indianapolis. This seminar aims to address a wide variety of safety, health, and operational related topics to those in the grain, feed, and processing industry. Jess McCluer, Vice President, Safety and Regulatory Affairs at NGFA and Jim Siebert, Manager of Regulatory Affairs, Education and Training at NGFA will present on many current topics including:

  • OSHA and FDA issues impacting the grain, feed, and processing industry
  • How changes to the Administration and Congress have impacted the aforementioned agencies and their agendas
  • Specific standards and parts of 109.272 - Grain Handling Standard that are being implemented or heavily enforced by OSHA
  • Grain quality management
  • Hazard recognition
  • Fall protection planning
  • OSHA presentation

The seminar will be held at Indiana Corn and Soy in Indianapolis on February 21, 2020 from 8:00AM - 4:30PM and is open to OABA members. Lunch is included. Registration fee is $50. SEATS ARE LIMITED so register early.
