OABA Educational Trust Golf for Scholarships Outing Recap

Register for Aug. 16 outing by July 28 for early registration discount

A beautiful day met those gathered for the Ohio AgriBusiness Association Educational Trust Golf for Scholarships June 21 scramble. More than 80 golfers from across the agricultural community came together at the Deere Ridge Golf Club in Bellville to support the Educational Trust scholarship fund.

The Educational Trust fund supports scholarships for Ohio agricultural students at The Ohio State University and Ohio State ATI, Clark State Community College and Wilmington College. More than $35,000 is awarded in scholarships each year due to events like the Golf for Scholarships scramble.

Honoring Mike Badger on August 16

Be sure to register by July 28 for the early-bird discounted rate for the August 16 scramble at Shelby Oaks Golf Club in Sidney. During the event, we’ll be honoring Mike Badger, employee at Centerra Co-op, so come out to support Mike’s commitment to the industry!

The late scramble will also feature a raffle drawing for a pair of tickets to Ohio State University’s Sept. 9 home game vs. Oklahoma.
