Attorney General DeWine Signs Letters on Waters of the United States Rule

Attorney General DeWine submitted a letter to U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Scott Pruitt urging the Administration to reformulate the “waters of the United States” regulatory definition. 

A multi-state letter signed by 20 State Attorney Generals, including AG DeWine, on the same subject was sent to Administrator Pruitt.
