Facility Manager
Central Ohio Farmers Co-op in Waldo, OH
Central Ohio Farmers Co-op, Inc. has a Facility Manager opportunity located in Waldo Ohio, reporting directly to the CEO. The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in both agronomy and grain facility operations.
Position Objective
- Direct, promote, and coordinate operations in a manner that will optimize the cooperative’s market share and savings
- Improve the cooperative’s efficiency
- Help achieve the cooperative’s mission and goals
- Result in outstanding customer service Position Responsibilities
- Responsible for driving improved performance, customer relationships, plant asset utilization, and positive employee relations
- The ability to lead and coach employees while promoting a safe working environment is required
- Developing and increasing the customer base and relations will be imperative to the success of this candidate
Position Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture/Agronomy or related field
- Minimum of 7 years agronomy and grain experience
- Minimum of 7 years management experience
